The Senior Database Developer will be involved with full life cycle development on the latest .NET platform with a focus on Database tier.

Participation in all phases of project life cycle: analysis, design, develop, test, debug, deploy, maintain and update.
Design, implement and maintain database schema across multiple versions.
Create complex SQL statements, stored procedures for software development.
Performance database tuning and monitoring.
Design maintenance plan.
Develop data migration scripts.
Be an expert of business and data flows of Company systems.
Create and maintain database technical documents.
Support customer implementations and trouble-shoot issues.
Be up-to-date with new technologies and architectures.
Work with product development team members, as well as company leadership and customers.

BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ solid database development experience with MS SQL Server in delivering low defect multi-tier applications.
Experience with database design and development skills with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
Must possess solid understanding of the current principles and techniques used in relational database modeling, design, replication, propagation, tuning, backup and recovery.
Must be familiar with MS SQL Server 2005/2008, version control, issue tracking, continuous integration environment.
Be able to communicate openly and frequently with all members of the team.
Must be a self-motivated fast learner and able to work independently.
Ability to multi-task and exercise judgment in setting priorities.
Strong project planning and organizational abilities.
Excellent trouble-shooting skill.
Experience with Object oriented design and development skills is a plus.
Experience with software using object oriented programming with Visual Basic or C# in a
Microsoft Visual Studio environment is a plus.
Microsoft certification is a plus.
