Zina Brown, Founding Partner, leads all business development, service, and delivery. She has 20 years experience in the recruitment and staffing industry with a focus on Engineering and R&D, with 7 years providing international recruitment services to US healthcare organizations. She plays softball for exercise, but mostly fills a spot on the roster. She can often be found walking her dogs an English Mastiff, a Bull Mastiff, and a wiener dog all while texting, emailing, and returning phone calls across 3 time zones.

Richard Sumer
Richard walked away from 20 years with the largest records management company in the world to join the dynamic team at Perito Eleven. His "Sharpshooter" style elevated him to a Senior Recruiter position within his first year of joining. He is a single Father (you hear that ladies?) with two teenage boys. He spends his nights and weekends practicing and playing music around the SF Bay Area with his band Karmic Trigger. His dog Pele loves his guitar work but is NOT a fan of the harmonica.
Kimberly Sandiford
Kim comes from the human resources world where she most recently lead the human resources function for a global managed communications provider. She has held her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification since June 2004. She is also a muli-tasking wife and mother of two. When she's not working as a personal taxi service to her two children, she enjoys taking gambling trips with her husband.
Michael Burwell
Michael is a busy husband and father of four. (Not counting the Golden Doodle or turtle). He has worked at large public companies in sales, management, and recruiting. He also Co-Founded several smaller companies. He is a graduate of prestigious Santa Clara University, in the heart of Silicon Valley. He majored in Business Finance. He enjoys snow skiing and boating in his free time.
Michelle Yang
Looooooove music! I write my own music and once had a Christian CD produced but never published. During my travels, I was a vocalist at hotels in Jakarta while spending my days teaching. Though most of my life has been in Silicon Valley. My favorite pasttime is walking on the beach and sipping cappuccinos with my little angel *Jayden*, he's the passion of my life. I love cooking authentic Chinese and Indonesian foods. Outside of my hobbies I have recruited in the Silicon Valley for over 9 years for various corporations and agencies. I'm a full cycle recuiter with management and sales experience.
