WLAN QA Engineer

This is a temporary position with the Firmware Engineering team. We are looking for two Senior WLAN QA Engineers for a three-month, full-time position.

Position

Development and execution of test cases for 802.11 WLAN Client QA, in the following areas:

• System test
• Security (WEP, WPA/WPA2, 802.1x) 
• Regression 
• User Acceptance 
• Interoperability 
• Stress test

Experience

• Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Computer Science or any Electronics flavor)
• Minimum five years of total verifiable work experience 
• Minimum two years embedded products/solutions QA experience 
• Minimum two years in IEEE 802.11 WLAN protocol QA experience 
• Minimum one year experience in IEEE 802.11 Security mechanisms 
• Minimum one year in overall TCP/IP networking protocols QA background (excluding the above mentioned WLAN protocol experience) 
• Minimum one year exposure in Linux-based embedded QA environment 
• Fluent spoken and written communication skills in English 
• Great positive attitude and team worker
